This is a luxury and wonderful hotel in a new building. Very, very nice and incredible staff as one would expect. Its location is marvellous & magnificent, close to Hawaii and shopping centers and Waikiki. You will be about a 10-minute drive from Waikiki Beach.

The staff were welcoming, provided us with excellent services. Its location close to Fort Derussy was favourable.

The room was dark, we expected better.

The hotel had a central location and it was short walk from In Between. The area was tourist.

Our 5-night stay at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach Hotel was amazing. The hotel was truly deluxe. We loved the comfortable bed in our room. The location was perfect, only a 5-minute walk to Duke Paoa Kahanamoku Beach Park.

The hotel had a central position short walk to shops and restaurants, and the beach and shopping centres and tourist area. The service was excellent and the pool was nice.

Hip new hotel set in the great area. The staff were welcoming and very very nice and helped us with private parking. A balcony and a kitchenette in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Central location, around 10-15 minutes walk from an outdoor shopping center.

Also, location was favourable and magnificent, at a short distance from Us Army Museum of Hawaii. And we were so close to shopping centres, Waikiki Beach, and shopping centers and restaurants.

I had an incredible time at this hotel. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room was clean and had great amenities, including a kitchenette and a washer and dryer. The bed was really comfortable. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and beaches. The hotel facilities, such as the SPA and the private cabanas at the infinity pool, were top-notch.

I stayed here for 6 nights, the hotel was excellent, with particularly good location really close to the beach, shopping centers and restaurants, and tourist area. The staff were welcoming in the entire property. I really enjoyed the room, it was airy and new-fashioned.

The hotel was truly exceptional and luxurious, and I loved it. The staff were extremely helpful and very amiable throughout my visit.

My family and I had an amazing stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Waikiki Beach. We were there for 7 nights and from the moment we arrived, we were treated exceptionally well. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, including giving my daughter daily birthday gifts. The room was cleaned impeccably every day and we even received fresh chocolate treats. The pool areas were fantastic, with separate areas for adults and children, and the service was outstanding. The on-site restaurant, La Vie, served delicious meals using high-quality ingredients. We can't wait to go back and experience it all again. Thank you to everyone who made our stay memorable.
